Title: Uniform?

I have read so many different things on this but can't make my mind up about what uniform is best.........smart shoes/trousers, T shirt fleece? What does everyone think??

For me my staff have

Company 2in1 Jacket/Fleece, Polo-Shirt, Black combat/workies type Trousers & Steel toe cap boots plus Company branded lanyard and High viz is branded!

They get Company branded Woolie Hat & I give them Gloves!

I like to make everyone feel part of a team and nice seeing them in customers house in uniform and gives customer the security that we are professional!
