Why don't you buy an inline injection sprayer from Masterclean in California, you can have all your sprayable products in separate jars, no moving part, no pumps to go, no emptying your spray to spray different products, you use the water from your machine to automatically dilute the product, cost is about the same.

I have this one from gardiners with the extra lance kit for carpet cleaners

It's a good bit of kit with back up from a good company and spare parts on their website

If you ring them do they supply it with a lance or do you just use one from your other sprayers.

I do not find the pump on the Sherpa anywhere near as good as the pump on the window cleaners warehouse sprayer it also runs constantly so the battery does not last as long. The Sherpa is a better design body wise though but I only use mine for spraying stainguard. Still using the window cleaners warehouse one for prespraying carpets.

The WCW sprayer may be a bit of a pain but if you run silicone around the join between the tank and the base it will stop the electrics from getting wet. We carry spare pumps and switches which cost peanuts and our two units have have lasted us for years.

I've just replaced pump on one of mine, they are only 16 quid

I use a funnel to fill the WCW one, it stops the dribble into the base.

Have had the WCW one and was impressed although thought the build quality was poor, used Simons method of running silicone around the base a bit to late and frazzled the lot!! Currently have the Gardiner’s one which I personally HATE! build quality slightly better than the WCW version but just find it a pain in the f’ing arse! Think the one Paul Moss & Russ Chad have really does look the dogs bollo+@s. Going to order one shortly.

Just my two peneth worth

Here is the one i purchased from eBay

I have removed the totally crap lance and replaced it with one of my hydroforce lances, for some reason though i find myself having to bleed it before using it or else it never reached full pressure... when it does its great

Russ your only having to do that because your letting run too low. These sprayers although better than the others have quite a high release outlet, so once they are about 1/6th full they start to get air in. The way around it is to refill once they drop to just under a quarter full  ;).

I got two of the new type pumps from wcw the other day and neither of them works. They have changed the design and the motor is exposed to the elements and with it moisture which can't be good.

I have had the orange sherpa sprayer for a little while.

No complaints for the price although the handle was annoying till I drilled a hole and screwed it in place.  Settled on securing it low down to carry it rather than pull it round on the wheels.

Certainly easier than manically pumping a manual sprayer.

no its a Chinese one from the same guy russ bought his sprayer from.

he was quite upfront about the fact that the Chinese ones would probably fail at a rate of 2 or 3 per 200 whereas in his words a more reliable german one would fail at the same rate per 2000. anyway he sent a replacement straight away which was good though I will add that if I needed another one I would not go chinese

used new gardiners sprayer on a few jobs now .Quality of build appears a lot better than previous woc sprayer.Pumps fine at present so fingers crossed.Lets be honest at these sort of prices you have to treat them almost as a consumable.

Agreed there dek, I've had a mobi sprayer which started off good but had a mushroom filter in the tank which kept breaking, then had a similar one  called aqua something, that one done the same, had several spares. But chucked it in the end...have had the gardiners one since August but the pump has now packed up so it's gone back today...see what happens there.
A Sherpa one arrived today,  have been charging for last few hours even though the green light  is on.....nothing...not working and volt metre says there's no charge 😰

Looks like another call on Monday unless anyone knows why it's not working....?

Hate to love battery sprayers #dontwanttogobacktopumpup
