Title: poles
Post by: Steve H on October 08, 2013, 04:21:35 pm
Im looking to buy a new pole but not wanting to go to stupid at this stage with the cost. Im only needing something around 22 to 25 foot I recon, as mainly domestic properties at present.

Can any one give me a link to a decent pole that they use now (or have for some time) im looking to go for a carbon composite pole rather than glass fibre (poss too heavy and bendy) or full carbon (probs too expensive) or wouldn't it make a massive difference at that sort of height and below?

I have been looking at the Gardiners poles as well as Phoenix/NTech XTE on pure freedom website (may be streamline who make them?)

Cheers guys, this bits important for me to get it right as its an expensive part of the kit, I know it will be down to me but just a bit of guidance would be great.

Cheers

Steve

The CLX27 is a good pole. If 22 foot is enough, get the CLX 22 as it will be a lot lighter.

I would advise the Gardiners CLX 27, Long resi neck, mixed medium brush, and hose loc connector. I just ordered this and it came to £212 all included. Its my everyday pole and reaches all 3story, its still light to work with all day.
