Title: Who works alone and who employs?
Post by: GB Window Cleaning on October 07, 2013, 08:14:40 pm: After doing this job for a while now, I do on some days get a bit lonely :( Hehehe. So ive been thinking about getting a lot more work and taking someone on. Just wondered what everyones experience with employing or working alone is?

I have thought about what I will do when I inevitably reach the point where I am struggling to do the work myself, whether to take on someone and keep on taking more work, or just stick with what I can manage. Really don't relish trying to find someone who will do what I want them to, and more importantly, to the standard I want!. Not there yet though, so no need to worry about that at the moment.

will probably sell the work in Chester and keep the more local work

Love it. Thursdays off.
