Really, don't these guys have minimum charges, or are they counting on being in and out and onto the next one. Using decent sealers and all other bits and bobs they are working for £150ish a day which is pish, my oven cleaner earns more than that.

Tony

Not with 2 coats of Aqua Mix Ultra Solve they aren't quoting that price unless they are cleaning the floor for £40

Surprise surprise the guys been back on, wants to discuss prices. He must of had some other companies in giving realistic prices. I've told him I won't entertain £295 unless he forgets about using Ultra Solv. Told him I could offer him an economical sealer that still offers good lasting protection. Going to see him in morning so we will see what happens :)

When a customer starts out thinking he knows better than you do it's usually a really bad sign, I'm sure you know this but be careful.
