On a cream wool mix. Not sure what to try first. I have all the Prochem spotters and chems. I was thinking maybe Solvex first?
Any tips?
Cheers

Dry compound is also great for this.

I have a bit of Duo P - worth trying this?

I tried using duo granules on a essential oil spill in a bedroom, it made a right mess and took ages to vacuum out even with the truckmount and then you could still see some in the pile, I would'nt use them.

Owen I have some Host sponges if you want to use them as i have had some good results with them.Regards Alan(sunny swindon)

Solvex applied to a clean white towel and placed over the spot... ad weight and leave for 5 mins... draw as much as you can out and then use multi pro and flush, flush, flush!
Citrus gel is also good and safer to apply direct to the carpet... just dont over apply and rub into the backing as it can dissolve the latex backing of some carpets.

Kind of you to offer Alan. Unfortunately I'm there 9am tomorrow :(
I'll give the other spotters a go though.

Not a fan of paper based dry powder. I would always choose host, fiber dri or dry power.
Especially after evacuating what was European largest office building thanks to Miliken Capture.

Try POG aka Paint (gloss) Oil and Grease from Restomate
