What are your experiences on this subject ?
Over the years i have tried many brands of stain protectors on all different surfaces, i am currently using Solutions "Protect nano" this has a dilution of 1:1, even though the instructions state that a particular very fine T jet be used with it... i seem to get better coverage using an 8002 on carpet and a 8001 on fabric.
High % wool carpets seem to perform better to water repellency than synthetic carpet treated wit the same product.
Also what products have you used which offer the best long term performance?

Russ did you use the Recomended jet???? I have bought Nano and the recomended Jet but not got around to use it yet, also how long did you leave before back in use ???
Thanks in advance

I used the recommended jet with nano but found the fan width very narrow ok for fabric
but too time consuming for carpet. A inlet strainer with such a fine jet would help clogging.

Chemspec recommend a 8004 for their protector.

Take into account what the psi is, as 80 is the fan size and the 04 s the jet size, now if you increase the psi you increase your flow rate of chemical solution.

The pressure is going to be around 50 psi max... That's about all a pump up sprayer like a Gloria will give

Are you guys still using pump up sprayers ?
