I want to offer solar panel cleaning when I start as it will give me a big edge over the other guys round here, I don't want to be in the position where customers ask me if I can do them and I have to say no.
So as the title says really, what pole would you guys recommend that can reach the majority of solar panels but doesn't cost thousands!

extreme 47.i got mine for £850 in the gardiners sale. ;) :)

Extreme 47 or extreme 25 plus extensions. By buying the 25, you can use it as an everyday pole for windows and jack it up for solar when needed. There is no budget pole. You need to spend a bit to make a bit.

Yep xtreme 47 with a 90 degree gooseneck perfect for most domestic panels

Anything less than a extreme is a pain. Due to sagging poles.
Extreme 25 and extensions. Or if no budget 47ft extreme.

I just climb a ladder and do them trad, with a trad pole from the sloping roof, come up a treat ;)
15 quid for a harris pole should do it

All these very expensive pole do you take out some kinda tool insurance for all your kit.. Sorry for changing the question slightly but it seems a hell of a lot of money sat in the back of people's vans ??

Yep tool insurance. As long as van is locked.
