how do you even remove this:O?

I don't charge extra, just squirt a bit of Viakal on the brush and clean as normal, slightly longer rinse. I guess if the windows are really bad you should charge more as it might take a fair bit of scrubbing.

I have been charging Per window and explain to them whats probably caused it normally leaking over flow or watering hanging baskets.
So far everyone i have done have been happy with the extra charge on first cleans which makes me wonder if anyone else charged for it.

Thanks Paul , I'll give that a try . Winsol is ok but it does run every where , the cream might be a better way .

I've used Unger Rubout and found it to be really good and much better than MDR, etc.
It also works wonders on stainless steel.
