Title: Window Cleaner Pro - Help needed urgently

So I decided to dust out the cobwebs on my computer, backed up everything I needed and did a fresh install of windows.

I saved the entire Window Cleaner Pro Folder and put it onto my newly cleaned PC.

However it now says that my serial number is invalid and i'm not licensed to use WCP on this computer.

Anyone had this problem before?

I WILL be changing my software soon, because I need reliable software support and I emailed both Ian and Brad last night, they have had all day to get back to me and not got in touch with me.

I cant view my rounds, I cant print out my work for the day, im currently stuffed.

You need a new license, if you dont have Gold Support, they will not respond for 48 hours (I think).

i doubt you will hear from them.. ther not running window cleaner pro no more i presume they have just got jobs somewhere lol

Brad has always replied pretty quickly when ive e-mailed him, last time a couple of months back. For now just download a trial version and then load up your last saved wcp data until they contact you.
