Title: Slate flooring
Post by: Clean 'n' Tidy on March 08, 2006, 07:26:58 pm
Hi all,

It has been a very busy time for me, os hence that i have not been on the site for a long time.

I would be very grateful if anyone could give me some help on the best way to clean slate tiles. At present they seem to have gone very white in patches.

Thanks in advance.

To merely clean you should start by scrubbing with a ph neutral cleanser. Often slate is given an application of an enhancer and the white you are seeing maybe a problem with that product. I suggest you try to clean first,
