Hi does anyone use pay my window cleaner or anything like this , just trying to cut down collection please advice needed

What's wrong with BACS?  All you need do is give your custies your account no and sort code and they can pay straight into your account.

Most people have on-line banking these days.

BACS all the way. I have about 80% BACS 20% send a cheque and 0% collecting

BACS is good but does take time for customers to settle in. Easily forgotten (by customer)

Designed a sticker now for OLP customers. Basically states we won't ever knock for payment and thanking them for paying online. Working a treat.

BACS or check through post for me. Never been round collecting. Customers much prefer it and suits me.

Slowly introducing our customers to BACS and to be honest they prefer it that way. The majority of people do not keep cash in the house now so it is easier all round. Cuts down on the collecting especially now that winter is around the corner.

all my customers pay by BACS think i get 3 cheques per month. 98% pay within the week usually next day. if i haven't received the payment i will text them at the end of the cleaned week and that reminds them


i find people who pay by bacs pay faster than sending cheque.. its just easier
