Title: ad sign next to adwords

I see Google have put on mobile phone searches a yellow box with 'ad' on it next to AdWords

Will these get less clicks now or more as it's clear it's a paid ad?

I would say no.  If you type in Carpet cleaners Leeds we (squeak and Bubbles) are "not" at the top of the first page, yet we get a lot of calls as many people don't choose those at the top and search down the page.  Always make sure your on the first page though.
