Title: flow rate
Post by: MNWC on March 07, 2006, 06:05:17 pm
for you experts out there

Does anybody know the right flow rate for wfp ?

Havnt been let loose on public yet but have cleaned my own windows today and noticed spotting

I presume that this is unclean water dripping from above

but would like to know what litre per minute you pros use ?

its just a case of eliminating things !

many thanks

personally i vary the flow to suit the job, dirty first cleans need plenty of water say 3 litres per minute and maintenance cleans about 2 to 2.5 litres per minute. I have found that cutting the flow right back to save water means longer to rinse and a slower job.
i tend to use more water on commercial work as you dont get old ladies moaning about the pond/icerink outside their back door.

cheers buddy
what about rinsing, would you say that a fan jet would be better than a pencil jet ?
