Title: Canvassing in the rain

Hello all

Went out canvassing yesterday in the rain, it was a fine drizzle. Got nowhere and had a lot of funny looks, as in, are you mad. Does anyone get jobs when canvassing in the rain or should I not bother and leave it for a better day?

I don't normally bother when it's raining but i'm sure you could still pick up work if you were persistent.

that's true, be persistent and keep at it. I have had loads of work when canvassing in the rain. Makes you feel good too, instead of non earning sitting at home in the rain.
