Heya mate incase you get stuck as i know its hard to find the right person I know a good canvasser who is quite popular on the forum
He has refs charges £1200 up front thou it might be more expensive then you were thinking
But might be worth a shot most his customers end up getting a decent amount on first clean and a certain agreed amount on 2nd
