I have a small round for sale near Horwich in Bolton which consists of;
£170 per month
All compact on cul de sac
8 years old
takes from 8am - 1:30 to complete
2 houses cash,rest by standing order some bacs
Asking price of £1500 due to quality of work.
Will work round with buyer but no renting haggling on price this is a quality bit of work with excellent customers with more in area.
