Had a lovely lady ring us up, been in hospital for a couple of months and thought her gutters might be blocked, but wasn't sure....

This is just about the worst althought as you can see from the video it came out very, very easily
The box gutter was more of a challenge as the poly carb roof had been built right over the gutter and almost touching the tiled roof opposite only giving us a 2 inch access at 45 degree angle into the gutter
