Title: submersible pump help

when using a submersible pump and you are at the tank that you are filling if you had a tap on the hose would it stop the pump or do you have to turn the pump of at the pump  ???

My submersible does not switch of if tap is closed.It straines.

many thanks , just going to set mine up soon will  have to nip back and turn of at pump  ;D

Perfect as you can lock it open and leave it filling the tank, and when you finish, close it off and turn sub pump off.

was looking at these from pure freedom the one you have pointed out concept are cheaper  ,  ;D  one more item for my shopping list cheers

Most of the time you can save a lot by sourcing goods on the internet as these suppliers do that themselves.
