Great day..
2nd last day working in Old job… Elvis will leave the building on Sunday after 24 years… Yaaaay
Nice Mortgage advisor found me a nice mortgage at 2.5% fixed for two years and agreed in principle..
My SLX 18 arrived and I luvs it I do.
And without advertising 2x5 week cleans and a £30 gutter wash dropped in my lap…

AND the wife has filled my fridge with beer…  ;D

I would not hold my breath about the mortgage AIP, they are not worth anything. Wait till the banks see that you might be in for a shock. They will freak.Keep us in the loop on that one.
