Because I don't think I can see any trails on upstairs windows from the ground.
On ground floor they appear after I start brushing. Brush harder and they disappear.
First floor, I can't see them.

I don't think there is a limit as to how high they can go!, if you know they are on the upstairs windows, you will just have to be extremely thorough and hope you get it off. Bear in mind though, once the window dries, you wont see the snail trails, so unless customer at home while you are there, you should be safe enough!....hm

Fly droppings are a bigger problem.

they cant go above ground floor .since h/s banned ladders ???

I had a customer ask if I did not see the sills were green . I said I have a bit of problem with my eye sight on the third floor sills. Some folk.

I saw one eating a cannabis plant today. I think that's the highest snail I've seen so far.

A tip to stop snails getting to first floor windows (and beyooooooond) is to remove their shell.
It makes them more sluggish.
