Title: any problems with carrying the gardiners backpack on handle??

He's right !
Its happened to me on 4 occasions now even when I have been careful making sure its screwed on properly and not cross threaded.

The gardeners one is dodgie for cross threading & coming off.
Plus pumps out to much water even on slowest setting

yes. About 2 year old now still working fine.

not as fast as gardeners even on the slowest setting gardeners is faster than ws 18.

no. Cant believe how fast the gardeners one is. on highest setting it would empty in no time. Might fill it up & see how long it lasts on highest setting.

ive got two ws backpack I fill them right up to lid opening
and carry by lid no problem

I have a bypass back to pack reduces flow nicely

Post by: DeLuce on September 10, 2013, 09:58:32 pm: I've got the Gardiner Backpack, never had a problem with the lid handle. I just put a tiny amount of silicon lube on the thread and it's ok for ages. Never had the lid come off whilst carrying it. Decent backpack.

Err...... only the electrical one, for greasing the wires. Works well on threads! ;D
