I tony I might have some rounds for sale shortly all in st Helens.

They bring in £1800 altogether.

Depending on how much work you want there could be £3800 a month of monthly work for sale in December. All trad and all cash even the commercial paid upfront before you start cleaning.

Im selling because i start a large contract in the spring so will be travelling more.I'm looking at £30k for it.

What erea is the work danny and would u split the commercial from the domestic..

All work is in St. Helens. The commercial is only a small percentage of the work.

The works been established for over 3 years but I'm adding to it all the time.

The whole round maybe ready for sale in January 2014.
