I have up to 30 houses for sale in and around Welwyn Garden City /Welwyn looking for 3 times, willing to split.

selling because I have too much work and getting behind.

Value of each house?
How close are they to each other?
How long does it take to do them all?

25 houses are worth £270 a month, is actually more as 5@8weeks and 1@6weeks

should take no more than 2 days, split in several areas of wgc and welwyn
