I did Franky. I will text them to you in a bit. Just about to soak in the bath after a long run. I have made fantastic progress in the last couple of months. I reckon I will get under 2 hours at Malmesbury.

Genuinely 8W, what are you running?
Malmesbury 1/2 marathon. I did it in 2:04 last year and have been trying to get a 1/2 marathon under 2 hours.
