i have a few houses with wooden windows and they are all ok. but the one i did yesterday and again today is leaving milky white streaks!!! is the paint to far gone? or will it get better the more i do it? any help or advice much appreciated. thanks. rick.

you need to scrub all the white water off the frames and then rinse really well.. or try not to touch the frames in future?
i just give them a really good rinse and then they seem to be ok

rub ya finger on the paint if it comes off it knacked.it will >:( cause you no end of hassel ive just turned down 2 jobs because of this

There are some frames that are too far gone, they will just keep milking and running no matter what you try to do.
Had it last week on 3 apartment blocks, so cleaned them by hand to honour my quotation then immediately told them, that either get them painted to stop this, or we would clean them traditionally and increase the cost by almost 3 times.
