Have a regular customer of ours that has been cheating on me, she got a groupon/social living deal for her corner unit. It's feather filled and now the cushions are all sagging. Apart from that whoever did it left hand tool marks all over it. The hand tool marks I can deal with but the feathers seem to have lost their body. Is there anything I can suggest?

Do you not feel a bit of a muppet sorting this out for her? I would just flat refuse and tell her to contact the guy who trashed it and hope he's insured. Or am I being a bit harsh? :-\

No, not really. Sure the woman needs help and at least she did have the honesty to ring us. Also she won't be using anyone else in the future.
Any suggestions on a solution to her problem.
