I have been quoted from £560 to £1800 pa for both PL & EL. I got mine thru web search on "public liability". There are dozens of companies there. I went for BJP Insurance Brokers in the end.

Price dependent on circumstances. Hope this helps.

try a search for Darwin Clayton and Camborford Law - these are specialist brokers for commercial cleaning.
