I had a request from a letting agent to meet her at a six bed property that had been let out. The trouble was there were marks on the carpet in nearly all rooms and the letting agent wanted me to determine if they were dog urine. After getting the UV torch out, down on my knees smelling and inspecting (no smell) I was pretty sure it was dog urine. You can guess the next question! Nice plain wool carpets and the marks are hard to see but the owner has high standards and will seek compensation from the tenants if I cannot get the marks out. Are there any products that will remove dog urine? I normally use Dry Fusion and I have had success with Bactoshield if the urine is reasonably fresh but this is likely to be six months old.
I am going back on Monday to do a trial on some of the areas, any recommendations as to what I should try?

You need to speak to a guy in North Wales who does majick. There was a similar question a couple of weeks ago but I don't think the secret was divulged to the masses!

try Bacto again if theres no smell then the underfloor must be ok so it's normal DF cleaning see how you get on and treat stains after with what ever you use now if there are some left.

Nemasis or MPower mixed up in a bucket at 120:1
Pour straight over the urinated area and make sure you saturate.
Leave for 15 to 20 and then extract with a hand tool using plain water...
This works...

That works well with 2 day old vomit.
Got a wedding venue just down the road.
