the round has been established for 2 years+, all domestic, all good payers, very little collecting.
the monthly income from this work is £520 per month + regular gutter and conservatory roof cleans.
the work is compact, with approx 75% of all the work on just 1 estate! and the other 25% all within the Basildon area.
all work is cleaned traditional once a month.
im willing to introduce you to a few customers and will draft letters notifying all customers of the changeover.
also willing to give some training if just starting up
i want £2,080, which is 4x the monthly turnover, i think its a fair price as the work is super compact and fairly priced but i will consider offers, please contact by call or text on 07913 674716

Just a few questions as might be interested.
First saw ad on Gumtree, noticed a slight drop in the turnover, can you let me know reason for this.
What's the chances of changing your customers over to water fed pole, would they be ok?.
How many customers do you have for the revised £520 turnover?.
Is there good access to rear of all properties?.
Also you work monthly, would there be a problem changing to 4 weekly?.
