I just acquired an Ashbys Sensai with hot solvent kit, i didn't want to purchase one of the solvent ready Kleenrite hand tools as i have a perfectly good working CFR tool which has just been converted to Viton seals.
Anyway the smallest nozzle i have for the tool is a 6501.
Can anyone confirm what the best nozzle size would be for hot solvent cleaning please?
I cleaned some curtains today and or though they cleaned up well, using the 6501 nozzle i felt the consumption of solvent was a little high.
Any help would be great fellas

I would guess 01 is the smallest jet you will get to fit the Cfr fitting for the tool, anything smaller you would need to go onto air spraying equipment then spray and just use the vacuum of machine

When I used to use a solvent machine they used to have a 40psi pump the best machine used t be a bane clene machine with a compressor used as a pump.

I believe a 0.5 jet is used in the Kleenrite tools which would deliver half as much solvent as the 01.. (http://www.cleanitup.co.uk/smf/1377203288_photo.JPG)
If i could just get a 65005 (i think thats right) the same size and fitting as the one here

Just go to sprayingsystem.com. There you will find all the nozzel information.

Don't forget to filter and re use the solvent Russ. I used to filter mine through wine making filters.
