Title: TDS 40 After Merlin RO

Any ideas guys on the above?
Just replaced membranes and filter.
Always come out of ro at around 12 ppm (tap 230ppm)
As i noticed the other day it had risen to 15 ppm after resin i checked it pre resin and it was 39.
This is why i ordered the new membranes and filter??
However now its coming out at 40 pre resin?????????????

Is the tap water still 230 ??

Are you using a booster pump or just mains pressure.
If mains perhaps the pressure has dropped ??
Cant think of anything else ???
Do you have a pressure gauge

Yes pumping it through over 100psi?
Its a bloody mystery mate?

Mine was 32 from merlin, at tap was 360.
I now use a crappy 450 gpd which comes out at 12 and still produces 1000 litres in 24 hours for me, resin lasts ages now compared to every week changing vessel with merlin.

Your R O should atleast reduce your TDS to 10% OR less to be in good order.
