Just been followed on twitter by @gumwand. Had a look at their website and came across this video
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LZrfIKVuQbI
It says it works on carpets too, however the price is a bit steep at £1595
What you guys think?
Cheers
Emil

Just found the actual video showing how it works on carpets
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sVJoNZLRtOQ

Was that a video on how to spread chewing gum about the carpet? Because... (to me)... it did'nt remove it. It melted it them when they try to vac it up it just solidified, that's why they quickly cut the shot.
I would like to see a video shot in one piece of it removing chewing gum not a cut & shunt video where anything can be done in betreen edits

Yeah Mike, doesn't seem to work well on carpets does it?
May be good on hard surfaces though

;D thats a poop e video, its a steamer with a brush on it and clearly not doing a very good job. :D
-
I use a steamer from Ashbys on gum, and Resolvit from Solutions.
Simply heat up the gum then apply Resolvit to the hot gum, use a bone scraper to remove and vacuum away...

Len, i hope you charge well because thats a long way at doing it
