Title: water out of ro

hi guys just checked my  water from the  tap 221   from the ro 17  i have to 11tlr di s and my water as gone up to 001 in a month thats the fastest its ever gone  up  could this be my ro on it way out

When you start to produce water from the RO do you connect your DI to it stright away or do you let the RO run for around 10 mins first? as the tds out of the RO is very high at first and you can kill your resin a lot quicker doing this.

 mine is a static system  so i just turn  the tap on  and fill into a ibc but never had resin go down this fast what do
think it should come out of the ro at

what it comes out the RO at is dependent on many many factors! tap pressure and flow etc is the main one.

I would persume you have killed your resin by not disconnecting the DI bottle for the first 10 mins before filling your tank the first few liters could be as high as 80 100+ tds. Also bringing it down from 17 in normal running conditions is high ish so i would guess its all to do with the above.
