Post by: rycalshaw on August 12, 2013, 08:43:46 am
hi, when encapping can you get the blowers on it straight away to aid the drying process or do you need to let it dry naturally in order for it to do its job..thanks

You can force dry if required.

If your product contains an oxidiser like Dynamall or Releasit HydrOx you are best letting it sit so the oxidiser does its thing. This is in addition to prespraying and using extended dwell also.

Do you have a specific requirement that you need to speed dry?

It should be dry in 30 mins or less.

You don't need to post vac. Its a fallacy. Tried umpteen times and all you get is some very fine dust in the bag. It is however important to pre vac thoroughly.
