Has anyone ever measured their daily activity with a pedometer??

I have just gotten and going to use it for the next few weeks for interest...

Has anyone ever measured their daily steps???

Yes I have. I was gobsmacked actually how far you walk in day. It was much more than I would've thought

The same as matt. A few years back there a big drive to get people walking 10,000 steps per day. I had that blown out before breakfast 3 mornings a week, with a busy day to follow.
