Title: think i have had an udercutter
Post by: gto on August 06, 2013, 11:22:59 am
i have received 3 letter form customers in a small cul de sac, all cancelling me.
i have cleaned them for over 3 years now, and they where cleaned before that by someone else.
all cleaned WFP for over 5 years, 2 of the letters say they have been looking for a trad cleaner for a while.
all the windows are always still clean from my last visit aswell. thats why i'm 6 weekly now.

all 3 letters arrived yesterday and today, so i think someone has undercut me.
they are well priced, so have never put prices up.

just a bit pee'd off now, i still have 3 in the cul de sac. that i don't really feel like doing now.

actually thinking about it, the ones i have lost are.

the guy that i didn't get paid until april for his december and february cleans.
the woman that i have to go back to last, as her gate is always locked.
and the last one i have only done about 6 times.

It happens like that sometimes, you will always get the one person who hates wfp, and will convince their neighbors to change !

the slower payer has all leaded windows, with big bushes in front of them.
so the traders will have fun with that one

Soon another customer will appear on a different road and you will make headway in picking up new work there. Roads come and go; they serve a purpose and are replaced.

You don't know it at the time that they have a purpose, it's only once they're gone you truly understand why they were there in the first place.
