Trouble is the yellowing is usually where its bleached it.

Generally I. Rinse, dwell urine treatment, extract, clean as normal.

Yes good success but there is a chemical skill involved.

not something that can be covered in a reply. A bleaching reaction is the most effective but it will depend on fibre and severity of stain adding oxidiser to spm in many cases will be enough but you need to find the levels that are not going to create you more problems.
The more volatile you go the greater the risks, it is not something that you learn overnight.
It is well worth getting competent as there are not that many stains that cannot be removed if you have the skill. As a starting point hydrmaster knockout a and b mixture, prochem oxibrite, fibre buff and fibre shampoo, texatherm cbt remover are all great chems, and relatively safe if you are sensible with them.
You can then advance onto making your own peroxide/ammonia mixture as you become competent.

Gary,
In the past I have had some very badly browned carpets from flood damage and I have always been able to reverse this with oxibrite mixture. You may have to increase the strength of it, it is effective, on synthetic fibres you can easily double or treble the strength without encountering problems. You can still increase the rates with wool but you do need to take a little more care. you need to practice and get confident with it. I would always test on samples before doing anything other than following the instructions on customers products
