Title: Do you pay travel time ?

I have my daughter working for me a few hrs a week doing leaflets shes 13 years old and i pay her £5 per hr, at the moment i don't pay her travel time, i only pay her for delivering the leaflets.

Do you think this is far or should i pay her extra for travel ?

Naa £5 an hour is great for a 13 year old. It made me chuckle asking weather to pay daughter travel time or not.

its in other van which is with employee in deptford. He fills every morning at 8.30 if your about 1 morning.

Hi do not pay for travelling time, but pay her an extra £5 for every lead that converts to a job :)
