Title: di vessell poor flow

cant work out at the minute whether my di vessel has gone kaput or not, have just upgraded my 100 gallons a day ro to a prf ro that produces 1.9 ltrs/m, pure water still only trickling out of di vessel, then completely stopped ,have checked for blockages and seems ok is 11 ltr di vessel suitable to run with this ro I,m thinking I need a bigger water softener cheers for any replies,

Is the riser a single tube about 19 mm diameter with a slotted piece at the bottom or
Is it a thicker stem with a nut shaped piece in the centre

Don't know then as there very little to go wrong other than plugging it in the wrong way round
