At bottom of reply box click the additional options tab.

Tried it ,it says the upload folder is full ? ???

Upload your picture there.

Click on the forums tab.

Insert link here and it shows up as an image.

Job done.

That works on the PC,not sure about the Ipad,never had one  :-[
