There is one thing I don't get.

Some Expert/Dispatch vans are only 2 seater. WHY?

Cheaper insurance?

It's a factory option to have 2 front seats.
If you're only ever gonna have 2 people in the front-it is nicer. It's a chair like the drivers so more adjustment and an armrest etc.
it's actually more expensive to have 2 seats rather than 3 as the 2nd & 3rd seat is effectively just 2 lumps of foam.
