Title: insect bites

I was bitten yesterday on the back of my ankle, i have never had so much pain from a bite or sting, lasted all day, then itchy today, any idea's what could have bitten me?

Yep! I've had cellulosic from one of these baaaarstRds

Poor vinegar on it ASAP in future works a treat

Yeh I got that cellulosis from a horsefly, lasted 3 days, had to keep my leg up.  Penecillin and anti-biotics usually clears it up!  Nasty. :-\

Fenistil works great against wasp stings and horsefly bites.

Flies, bugs, wasps and generally all things that fly, crawl and bite, love my legs. I get bitten all the time and my colleague is never bitten.  :'(

I have been seeing a whole lot of these recently. The local airbase had to close one of their hangers so it could be fumigated. On one house I counted 25 on or around the windows.

They spelt window wrong its a  false wi-  n-  dow spider.
