Title: price for marmoleum per square foot

What would you guys charge per square foot. to strip seal and dress this floor?
I know most prices will differ i just want to see what the average is

It's going to depend othe amount of stripping.

Last one I stripped took 2 men 4 days just to get all of the old finish off.

It's gonna be from £5 - £15/m2 but we have a min charge of £295.00 + VAT for Floorcare works.

Thanks Jamie did you use a chemical stripper on it?

We used everything on it starting with dry sanding, then mild stripper and finally SPP pads.

I will post some pics when in the office. The floor is Forbos Midnight Blue shade infamous for alkaline bloom when not maintained properly and for turning yellow as soon as it comes into contact with any stripper containing sodium metasilicate or with a pH greater than 9

We were only stripping the edges of the floor where it had built up and the walkway finish had worn away.
