Just re-doing some website/leaflet etc waffle and was wondering, what's a realistic figure in percentage terms?

0%  still the same red tape ,the safer working practices will take years to filter through yet.

There will always be an element of ladder use with window cleaning, so risk assessments and method statements will still be needed.
