iPad using gocashless?

They take 1% of transction

Problem woul be it only works if they've got an email address, but means you can set a direct debit for future payments on the door.

You could use a cardsave account for one off payments using the iPad too.

Could of course do this on an iPhone, or other smartphone, but for me the screens make it a bit fiddly and look amateurish

I use iZettle, it requires 3g or Wifi to connect to but these days that not so much of an issue to find signal

They charge £20 for the card reader but give you a £20 voucher to redeem against your fees they also take 2.75% of the transaction

You are also required to register an account with them

you must have lovely intelligent customers, im sure my lot would accuse me of a scam

when i went over to bank transfer couple of years ago now  ,several of my customers paid their house rent into my account cos they didnt know what they were doing. when i told them their mistake and asked for their bank details to do a refund ,they said oh no you dont and wanted cash only !
