Hiya - I do End of let cleans for several years now - and I did't have any serious complains so far .
Even If most of my customers are happy with the job I do - I still consider myself a cowboy cleaner - as I don't know so many things about the work i do .
May I ask you - what on earth "50 point check " means ?! Recently a customer asked me if "I do 50 point check" for agent ? or like an estate agent - I was puzzled cos it was the first time I have heard about that .
Also he asked If disinfect the carpets after I clean them as he has two dogs - I said no I dont - then he said - fine just write on invoice that you do - as I have to proof to letting agent that the carpet was disinfected .
What shall I write for him on the invoice any idea ? or what cleaning chemicals to use do carry on disinfection ?
I have a pretty good machine - but im inexperienced

Ask them to supply a checklist which the lettings agency should provide.
Most agencies have these and they all differ slightly.
You can put on invoice that end of tenancy clean has been carried out
as per checklist supplied by lettings agency.
