my surflow has a knackard switch, knackard battery that struggles to keep a charge for half a day and now a knackard pump so chucked it in a skip and am wanting to order another 1 as 1 of my fav bits of kit in the van.
Whats the best for eas of use and with more than just 1 speed.
Cheers.

The Gardiners is ok, and the flow is controllable, been using it for a month now, and it fits in between the bulkhead, and the tank.
-
i am happy with the gardiner backpack to be honest

I have just replaced mine with the gardiners one. Does all I need it to and at a good price, the only down side is the handle on the screw cap, accident waiting to happen in my opinion, I just have to be extra careful when carrying through houses !
-
I like the gardiners too

ive used shurflo overpriced and pcb are crap
presently using hewitts ws15 packs 6 hours everyday
for last three years replaced pump once, cheap and basic
but do the job
soon replacing with gardiners packs which have a few
more features and well priced

I've got the Gardiner Backpack, very happy with it. I don't use it all that much, usually for houses with very awkward access or ones that have dog crap everywhere. But when I need it, it's great. Holds its charge well and has variable speed control. You can choose to keep the back straps on or take them off. I prefer them out of the way. I just carry it by the handle which, as you probably know, is on the lid. I don't find a problem with that myself. Good value for money.

Gardiners backpack mounted on a sack trolley, works ideal for them awkward windows where access is a problem👌

I think gardiners it is, i use it as a backpack when i use it so handle on lid is t a problem for me(i hope).
Cheers lads.
