Title: Help with new Gardiners Backpack

 HI, I have just received my new Gardiners Backpack. Instructions on the side of  box not too clear but I think that a red light on the backpack should definitely be on when it is charging. I have it plugged into the mains, there is a red light on the mains adaptor but no lights on the backpack itself. Is this correct??????? Any advise most welcome. thanks Guys

that is correct ,when light turns green it is fully charged ,u need to do this every night to keep it fully charged .that is if u use it every day

Hi Richard,

I have no lights on the actual backpack though the only red light I have is on the charger unit???

u wont have no lights on backpack .the charger will tell u when backpack is fully charged when red light turns green .if u use backpack everyday u must charge backpack every night
