As per recent posts, you will remember I put this project on hold.

I have just had an internal enquiry and will be buying one of Kevin Martins vacuums. They have auto dump out. I am sure he will be along to give specs, if I remember rightly 3300watts, not sure what the L/S is.

are you stalking me  ;D

Not sure if you have tried to recover from b paving before, the issue we have using mosmatic with just 2400 watts recovers water great but you get masses of sand / sediment, trying to get a compromise between reclaiming water along with sediment. Obviously on concrete / flags etc not an issue. More powerful vac more sediment to deal with  ???

These vacuums are currently on trial with Cummins Diesel they are using them for clean up water contaminated with diesel and swarf.  If they pass the test they want 20.

Those machine are not that powerfull and not overly durable in the real world. I use a very old CFM SOL 3000 that spent 20 years vaccing up swarf, oil and pet chips in a plastics factory.

Mike, tell your cameraman to film landscape if using an iphone. Therefore when uploaded to youtube it will be full screen rather than how it is now.

Also, you can replace your iphone with a S4.  ;)

Not with the recovery Trev. We're using the 500 bar at 30lpm model on Manchester. Our own is the 300 bar at 21lpm model.

The 500 bar one is using 80 litres of fuel per shift/night.

Looks a great bit of kit,  even if it's just for saving time on rinsing down afterwards as all the crap and moss gets sucked up, point the other end of hose into a bin or wherever your waste is going, how much are these? does anyone know?

Hi,
Prices start at £1800.00 for the small skate then £4k for the larger one. Would love a Falch machine and tools. Why are they so expensive?

Do you need a vac as well as the 1800 quid skater and the washer?

No Matt, they work off a venturi, sucking water up via a nozzle in the skatter and sending it down the discharge hoe to wherever you want.... Ie next doors drain  ;D

Because they are so well built.  We have had a lot of Falch Gear over the years but it does retain it's value if it is looked after!  The initial outlay is always daunting but if it's any consolation the 2nd Hand values in Germany are even higher in a lot of cases.  A tip for owners of any Falch equipment is to make sure it is registered with Falch in Germany and they will then normally send you parts direct for the machine.

No I don't do roofs and gutters Kenny, only roof-top patios, terraces, decking and balconies also good for when working around ponds as well, they have a new flat surface model that has a suction hose with a venturi nozzle so you can aim the dis-charge down drains, flower-beds etc.
